Not Just a Memory

You are beautiful.
I see you in my mind when I can’t touch you,
I ache at the thought of your hands,
Your shoulders,
I am lost in thoughts when I shouldn’t be,
The curve,
The swell of your behind,
I am lost,
The wetness of your mouth,
I am breathless,
The thick firmness of your thighs,
I am captivated by an image I can’t touch,
Wanting so much to feel, taste, kiss the things I see,
But alas,
Were it not just a memory.

  1. I really love your words my friend. I just started sharing my poetry along with my blog about 16 months ago. I made myself start doing poetry slams this year and I am hooked! I can hear your poems performed with power. Good stuff😊
